The Lip Plumping Pencil is a highly pigmented and moisturizing lipstick which can be applied differently depending on the effect.Smooth, rich formula that glides on really easily, and I like that. It has a sort of plumping feel to it after I've been wearing it for a while, but it doesn't really tingle, burn, or numb my lips in a dramatic way the way some plumping lipsticks.Available in 4 colors.
