HOW TO USE
Step 1: Clean the nail bed with a cotton ball soaked in nail polish remover. Buff the nail and clean off any particles.
Step 2: Apply the base coat so it can expand and contract with your nails and absorb the color.
Step 3: Choose your preferred nail lacquer color and apply two even thin layers for a beautiful finish.
Step 4: Finish off with a top coat. A regular top coat is thick and slow to dry, but lasts longer and is more lustrous than thinner fast actors. Save the quick-dry a touch-up three days after you’ve painted your nails.
