HOW TO USE: Use fingers or brush to apply eye shadow. Apply base colour to the base of the lashes and blend all the way up to the brow. Apply paint colour in the crease, blending up and out toward the outer corner of the eye along the edge of where the brow bone begins. Keeping the base colour in and just slightly above the crease, apply liner colour along the eyelid to the outer corner of the eye.  Blend highlighter colours in soft circular motions along the outer part of the crease.
