the lightbulb oleo-pact foundation is a no water added cream foundation. It is an advanced conditioning & protective powder foundation. It is enriched with jellified oil complex and contains dome-shaped sponge. It sinks into skin easily and gives hydrated skin and protect skin from external substances. It is available in 12 types of shades. 

HOW TO USE: 

Step 1: starting from the widest part of the cheeks, apply the oleo-pact foundation by gently stroking the sponge against the skin and moving it outwards in a straight motion.

Step 2: lightly place the sponge on the area around the mouth and stroke as if using light brush strokes, moving toward the lips.

step 3: stroke the sponge along the nose from top to bottom and around the contours.

step 4: moving to the forehead, stroke from the center of the face outwards.

step 5: in the same manner, stroke around the eye area, moving from the inner corner to the tail of the eye.

step 6: lastly moving to the neck, stroke the sponge down along the nape of the neck, toward the clavicle.
