Velvet Mattes Lipstick moisturizes the lips and glides smoothly over the lips. It gives a matte finish for the lips. It is available in multiple shades.
How to use:
1.Dab foundation over your lips to create a strong velcro-like base for colour.
2.Start by drawing an x at the cupid’s bow.
3.Roll (don’t pat) lips to spread the colour, then apply to outer corners and across bottom lip.
4.Tissue-blot to seal colour before applying a second layer.
