Immerse your lips in clear, high-affect shading. These 3 Concept Eyes Lip Pigments can be worn alone, combined or blended with powders to make a modified ridden or eyeshadow! Only one drop is all you requirement for smooth, even, punchy shading. This product is available in different colours.
HOW TO USE:
Apply a single drop of Lip Pigment to the centre of your upper lip and spread from corner to corner using a lip brush or your fingertips. Repeat on a lower lip. Purse lips together over a folded facial tissue to blot. Dust with translucent setting powder.
Beauty Tip: Mix a drop of Lip Pigment with powders to create customised blush or eyeshadow.
