HOW TO USE: Use when applying base makeup (Primer, Boomer, BB Cream, Foundation, Concealer, etc.). Get appropriate amount of base makeup onto puff. Dot puff onto cheeks, forehead, chin, and nose. Turn on vibrating puff and gently spread makeup, starting from the center of the face. For areas such as side of nose, use the side edge of the puff to apply makeup.
