Caltrate® Caltrate® Bone & Muscle Health PLUS (500 IU) Vitamin D

I've read research studies of how important calcium is to woman to prevent any bone deficiency as we age but I dislike the side effects from most supplements in the market which made me bloat and gave me constipation. So most times, I don't feel motivated to finish my calcium supplements. Especially those super huge pill! But yet because I do not take enough calcium in my diet, I needed to find a suitable one to work for me. I've been taking Caltrate for a month now and I'm very pleased that it didn't give me any gas nor constipation! Additionally, the numbness and tingling in my fingers due to office bound work and daily typing seems to have reduced! I'll definitely continue to take Caltrate to see if it'll improve the muscle cramps I sometimes get in the middle of the night! Gotta stock some up for PaMa too!

As a sport enthusiast, it is a big bummer to know that my calcium contain needs supplementation and my stomach does not take huge amounts of milk well. this is a very good alternative to that and i take it once every morning. really like this alot !

Having tried the CALTRATE BONE & MUSCLE for 3 weeks and I must say that I’m more energised than ever. My muscles felt stronger as I could lift heavier weights. Being fortified with vitamin D3 which is essential for calcium absorption & improved muscle function.
As a lactose sensitive person myself, I’m glad that this supplement is easier to shallow compared to other brands I have tried. It is smaller and it doesn’t have the weird after taste.
