HOW TO USE:
Slightly twist the lower end of the pencil to expose tip.
Apply the eyeliner directly to the upper and/or lower lash lines.
To blend the line, use a short flat brush such as #208
Wait a few seconds for the product o dry before moving eyelid.
Reapply to create a perfect line and intenisfy the color.
