An emulsion containing spotless, unadulterated ice sheet water skins draw out dampness and keep up ideal dampness levels. Immaculate icy mass water with a sub-atomic structure like that of hexagonal water (snow water) keeps up the solid skin. Mineral-rich recipe advances a hydrated base.
