HOW TO USE: Using feather brush, apply 2 to 3 coats. Comb in all directions, upwards and outwards, using the triangular side of the feather brush. While cleansing, close eyes and apply warm water to lashes. Lightly rub lashes to remove tubes of product encapsulating lashes.
