SPECIAL EFFECT Nail Polish gives your nails a textured, show stopping finish. It is formulated Without Parabens, Sulfates, Synthetic Fragrances, Phthalates, Triclosan. It is designed to give a full coverage effect for nails that will really make a statement. It can be applied easily to create a flawless finish and is ergonomically designed to work with the shape of the nail.
HOW TO USE: Apply the NailPure Base Coat to all nails for best results. Apply two coats of SPECIAL EFFECT Nail Polish. Finish with one coat of 45 Second Top Coat with Kensington Caviar (sold separately).
