very easy to apply. the felt tip allows for precise continuous stroke. it survived more than 18hours of singapore humidity, but i do prime and prep my eyelids before applying. I've tried using this for my waterline and it does ok. i always get compliments when i use this :)
a bit pricey but it lasts a long time.
