Etude House Oh My Lash #02 Base

This gel-based clear topcoat revives and ensures any mascara throughout the day with a reflexive, water safe wrap up. This mascara base improves the volume and twist of each lash, expanding the impact of mascara.

HOW TO USE: Apply mascara and wait until it is completely dry. Then re-apply the topcoat starting from the base of the lashes to the tips.  As a Clear Mascara: Apply to clean, bare lashes for a naturally defined lashed with a glossy finish. Apply to clean, bare lashes  under mascara.
