Colour Elixir Lip Liner is a firm and gentle lip liner which is soft on lips. It is easy to apply and it gives a defining look for the lips.
How to use:
1.Choose a colour the same shade as your lipstick or one shade darker
2.Sharpen your pencil and wipe with a tissue to soften it
3. Line your lips at the outer corners, cupid's bow and in the middle of your lower lip, then connect the lines
4.Draw light strokes over your lips with the pencil for longer-lasting lipstick.
